Visual Arts Students To Pursue Engineering Programmes In the University-Minister of Education

Dr.Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education has hinted that the Government of Ghana in collaboration with the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission(GTEC) is working tirelessly to allow visual Arts students to pursue courses and Careers in Engineering.
According to Him, Pursuing engineering courses at the University requires creativity, and students who possess this ability should be allowed to do so.

He further stated that last year 83,000 students did Visual Arts and the only thing they could do is Bachelor of Arts.
“Ghana will make history this year by allowing Visual Arts students to pursue engineering courses”.
