In a press release dated 27th October 2021, the management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released an official statement explaining the reasons behind Mr. Michael Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Teacher Kwadwo’s sacking.

According to Ghana Education Service, Mr.Michael Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Teacher Kwadwo refused to prepare a lesson plan as a professional teacher and ignored the directive of the District Director to prepare the lesson plan. He further refused to submit Lesson Notes for vetting by his Headteacher.
